“ A great lil' gem in the heart of downtown Eunice on 2nd Street. When I’m intown I always try to stop in for some good coffee, great sandwiches and awesome soups. I recommend the tomato basil with any grilled sandwich, but the Petit Cochon is my favorite. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the sandwiches are freshly made and then grilled when ordered. I’ve watched them make them and they are always using fresh ingredients. No matter how long between visits, it’s always cool that Jorden and Erin remember my drink order of an Iced Americano. ”

The staff were always so kind and welcoming—asking about my day—and the free coffee refills were a sweet bonus! The space itself is amazingg: trustworthy Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, and a safe, comfortable environment. The hours (open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.) made it incredibly convenient. I also loved the seating layout—there are cozy, tucked-away spots perfect for getting work done, as well as more social spaces near the front windows. The ambiance is warm and homey, and the coffee (made with Reve beans!!) is absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this cafe more and will definitely be back. Thanks Cafe Mosaic! ”
“ Wow! I enjoyed eating and working in this space! I loved the chai latte and their soup of the day and half sandwich (tee couchon). I hear most order the jazz sandwich. While they have a set menu, it seems they add specials. I recommend this place! ”
“ A hidden gem. The coffee is outstanding and the pastries especially the blueberry cream cheese muffins are the bomb. I wish I had had more time to try all the pastries and dessert. The wraps were a great option as well for meals with a good cup of coffee. ”
